We believe in complete student data sovereignty. You have the right to request the permanent erasure of your Liberty Play account and all associated study materials at any time.

Permanent Action Notice: Requesting account deletion will permanently erase your academic streak, saved Mistake Book entries, uploaded study PDFs, adaptive performance analytics, and test histories. This action cannot be reversed once processed.

How to Delete Your Account and Data

You can delete your account and associated data through either of the following two convenient methods:

Method 1: Directly Within the Liberty Play Android App

Open Settings: Launch the Liberty Play app on your Android device and tap on your Profile avatar in the top-right corner.

Navigate to Account Privacy: Select Account Settings → Privacy & Data Governance.

Tap "Delete Account & Data": Confirm your password or biometrics and tap "Permanently Delete My Account". All local cache and server records will be queued for erasure immediately.

Method 2: Web-Based Deletion Request Form (Below)

If you have uninstalled the app or prefer to submit an erasure request through the web, please fill out the official verification form below. Our automated system will send a confirmation link to your registered email to verify ownership.

Must match the email linked to your Liberty Play account.

Data Deletion Details & Timeline

Data That is Permanently Deleted:

  • Personal Identification: Full name, email address, profile picture, phone number, and password hash.
  • Study Materials & Uploads: All user-uploaded textbook PDFs, handwritten photo uploads, and voice transcripts.
  • AI Chat & Tutoring History: All doubt questions, Socratic explanations, and generated study summaries.
  • Performance & Analytics: AI Mistake Book logs, weak topic diagnostic graphs, quiz scores, and adaptive study schedules.

Data That May Be Retained (and Why):

  • In-App Purchase Receipts: Minimal transaction identifiers retained solely as required by financial, tax, and Google Play commercial auditing regulations (retained for the statutory period, typically up to 5 years). No student learning data is attached to these records.

Deletion Timeline:

Once verified, your account is immediately deactivated and rendered inaccessible. Complete deletion across all distributed backup snapshots is completed within a maximum of 30 days.
