B. Information Collected Automatically

• App Diagnostics & Telemetry: Device model, operating system version, Google Play Services ID, crash logs, and session durations via Google Play Developer diagnostics.
• Usage Insights: Feature interaction frequency (e.g., AI Study Planner scheduling, Revision Engine recalls).

3. How We Use Student Information

All data collected is used solely to power the LEARN → PRACTICE → ANALYZE → PERSONALIZE → IMPROVE loop:

• Generating tailored Socratic explanations and step-by-step doubt resolution.
• Diagnosing individual weak topics and scheduling adaptive revision intervals via the AI Revision Engine.
• Maintaining your AI Mistake Book and preparing dynamic re-test questions.

Liberty Play incorporates state-of-the-art educational AI intelligence. We adhere to rigorous data safety guardrails:

• Strict Data Isolation: Your uploaded PDF notes, assignments, and test submissions are processed in secure, sandboxed sessions and are never shared publicly with other learners.
• No Third-Party Commercial Exploitation: Student submissions are not sold to data brokers or used for targeted commercial marketing.
• First-Principles Pedagogy: AI responses are designed to guide conceptual understanding rather than assist in academic misconduct.

5. Children & Student Privacy (Under 18 / COPPA Compliance)

Liberty Play serves students from Class 6 through competitive examinations. We take child and student data protection with utmost seriousness:

• For students under 13 (or under the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), accounts must be created with parental or guardian involvement.
• We do not collect more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in educational activities.
• Parents and legal guardians may review, edit, or request immediate deletion of their child's account and learning records at any time.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with vetted technical partners strictly to maintain app infrastructure:

• Google Play Services: For secure app distribution, automatic updates, and licensing.
• Google Play In-App Billing: For secure processing of premium subscriptions. Liberty Play never stores complete credit/debit card numbers.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

In compliance with Google Play Developer Policy, we provide an immediate, accessible way for any user to request the complete deletion of their account and all associated study data.

Upon request, all personal identifiers, uploaded study materials, Mistake Book history, and exam logs will be permanently deleted from our primary servers within 30 days.
