Please review the terms governing your access to the Liberty Play Android application, web portal, and AI tutoring services.

Summary: Liberty Play is an educational companion engineered to foster genuine learning, conceptual understanding, and self-paced improvement. By downloading our app on Google Play or registering an account, you agree to uphold academic honesty and adhere to these terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Student", or "Parent/Guardian") and Liberty Play Technologies Inc. ("Liberty Play", "Company", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your download, installation, and use of the Liberty Play mobile app from the Google Play Store, our website, and all related educational tools.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must refrain from downloading, registering, or using the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Student Accounts

  • Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years of age to register directly. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify Liberty Play immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Accurate Information: To provide accurate study planning and revision schedules, you agree to provide truthful academic grade and syllabus information.

3. Academic Integrity & Honor Code

Liberty Play is built on Socratic pedagogy to build deep, independent thinking:

  • No Cheating or Real-Time Exam Misuse: You agree NOT to use the AI Tutor, image doubt scanner, or platform tools during closed-book, in-person, or proctored examinations where outside assistance is prohibited.
  • Understanding over Copying: The platform is intended to help you understand principles, solve homework roadblocks with hints, and practice previous-year patterns.

4. AI Tutoring & Output Disclaimer

Educational Disclaimer: While Liberty Play utilizes cutting-edge educational AI models rigorously verified against standard curricula (NCERT, CBSE, ICSE, NEET, JEE, State PSCs), AI-generated explanations are provided as learning assistance tools. Users are encouraged to cross-reference primary textbooks and educator guidelines.

5. User Study Materials & Uploads

When you upload textbooks, handwritten notes, or PDFs to the AI PDF Tutor:

  • Your Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights in your personal study notes and original content.
  • License to Process: You grant Liberty Play a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license solely to process, parse, index, and generate study responses for your private account.
  • Copyright Respect: You agree not to upload materials that infringe on third-party copyrights or proprietary trade secrets.

6. Google Play In-App Subscriptions & Billing

  • Google Play Billing: All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed securely via Google Play's official billing system in accordance with Google Play Developer Policies.
  • Free Trials: If offered, free trial access transitions to a paid plan unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial concludes.
  • Managing Subscriptions: Subscriptions can be easily managed, paused, or cancelled at any time directly through the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions menu on your Android device.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled under Google Play's standard refund policies.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Android APK.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract question banks or solution databases.
  • Transmit offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content through multimodal chat prompts.
  • Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or share accounts across multiple concurrent learners outside of designated family plans.

8. Account Termination & Data Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Honor Code or these Terms. You may also terminate your account and erase your data at any time by visiting our Account & Data Deletion Page.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liberty Play and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
